Shipping Policy
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
We value our customers at Fifth Generation Coffee and strive to provide excellent service. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in excessive returns or exchanges. Customers with a history of excessive returns or exchanges may be removed from our client list and will no longer be eligible to purchase from Fifth Generation Coffee. UAE & GCC
For customers in the UAE and GCC, please reach out to us at Info@fifthgenerationcoffee.ae with your name, item name, and order number for assistance.
Full refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving items at our facility, excluding shipping and handling charges. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, and unaltered. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged while in the customer’s possession.
Returns received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less shipping and handling charges. Returns received after 10 working days will be refused, and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For international clients, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL
The same terms apply to international shipments, with the condition that goods must be received back before replacement items are sent (customers are responsible for the return shipping costs with the original packaging). If the item is unused and in its original condition, a refund will be processed within 7 days. If it’s our fault, we will cover the shipment expenses.
Customers are responsible for all customs clearance issues, import duties, fees, or taxes associated with international orders. Please check local customs regulations and limitations before placing an order. Fifth Generation Coffee is not responsible for clearing orders held by international customs.
If a client refuses delivery on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges may apply.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We want our customers to be happy and comfortable with their purchases. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Once the shipment is on its way, we are unable to cancel it. For any inquiries, please contact us at Info@fifthgenerationcoffee.ae
